At times, ForceManager may need to be accessed from specific browser versions to ensure correct functioning. It's therefore important to know what browser version you are using.

 Follow these steps to establish what version of Chrome, FireFox, Safari or Internet Explorer you are using.

1.    Google Chrome

Open the browser and click "Options" ( ) from the main menu. A drop-down menu is displayed. Select "Help" then "About Google Chrome". A new tab will open confirming what version of Google Chrome you are using.

1.    Safari

Open the browser and click "Safari" from the main menu. A drop-down menu is displayed with various options. Select "About Safari".

3.   Firefox

Open the browser and click "FireFox". A drop-down menu is displayed. Select "About FireFox". A new tab will open confirming what browser version you are using (under the FireFox name). 

 

 4.    Internet Explorer

Open a new browser and click on the tools icon in the top right corner of the screen. A drop-down menu is displayed. Select "About Internet Explorer".

A new tab will open confirming what version of Internet Explorer you are using.
