You can now interact with your customers and prospects by WhatsApp from ForceManager
Not only you have access to contact them by calls, messages and emails, but you can do that also by WhatsApp. For that, click on the telephone number of the contact or account and select the “Open WhatsApp” option.
If you have a Business WhatsApp, both options will appear in the following step.

With his new feature you will gain quick access to a WhatsApp conversation with this contact. Remember this activity will not be registered in your Activity timeline.
