Description of the Activity Ranking

The activity ranking displays users ordered from the most active to the least, based on their activity score (0 to 10). This score is calculated using all the interactions and activities recorded by Sage Sales Management for each user.

The ranking is dynamic and allows field management through the “add columns” dropdown menu, where you can organise and sort each sub-field.

Data included in the ranking

The ranking includes:

  • Information about activities performed by each user.

  • The score assigned based on all recorded interactions.

You can sort users by different factors and select the types of activities you wish to view.

How to manage the ranking columns?

Using the “add columns” option, you can manage what information to include in the ranking. The available columns are:

  • Visits: Includes check-ins or visit-type activities.

  • Activities: Includes non-geolocated activities such as comments and appointments.

  • Call time: Total duration of external calls made.

  • Emails: Emails sent and received from clients.

  • Orders: Orders placed.

  • Opportunities: Opportunities created.

You can organise these columns according to your needs and show or hide specific fields using the “add columns” option.

To analyse the performance of a specific user, click on their name in the ranking. This will filter the results to display only their sales analysis.

How is the aggregated activity score calculated?

The aggregated activity score is calculated by considering all the activities performed by the user. Each activity is assigned a value based on its importance:

  • For example, in most cases, a visit carries more weight than an email.

The calculation is based on interactions recorded over the past few months but gives more weight to recent activities (last few weeks).

With this score, you can identify who works the most and the least. Users are assigned a score between 0 and 10 based on their work, and they are ranked accordingly.

This functionality provides a clear view of your team’s performance, allowing you to make data-driven decisions to improve productivity.
