ForceActivity score shows how user activity has evolved within the last 60 days. This score is calculated considering all the activities carried out by the user, and for that, it includes all the interactions held within the last weeks: calls, check-in, e-mails…
Bear in mind that, in ForceManager, each activity can have a different weight consering the relevance of each activity to the company, for example: by default a physical visit to a client has more weight than an e-mail, but each activity weight can be personalised according to the company’s needs.
With ForceManager’s activity index, you will be able to see who works more and who works less, since with the score obtained, users are ordered from 0 to 10 according to the work they’ve done.
