The Activity Score is a key tool in Sage Sales Management for evaluating how user activity has evolved over a specific period. This metric includes all interactions recorded by users, such as calls, check-ins, emails, and visits, offering a comprehensive view of your team’s commercial activity intensity and quality.

What does the Activity Score measure?

This metric is designed to analyse the performance of sales teams based on completed activities. In addition to evaluating the quantity of interactions, this feature allows you to:

  • Identify areas for improvement.

  • Optimise commercial efforts.

  • Boost sales results.

Customisation based on your company’s priorities

Each recorded activity has a weight that reflects its importance to your sales strategy. For example, by default, a visit may hold more value than an email. However, Sage Sales Management allows you to customise these values to align them with your company’s specific priorities. This ensures the Activity Score accurately reflects the impact of commercial actions on your objectives.

How is the Activity Score calculated?

The calculation includes all activities generated by the user during the analysed period. Each type of interaction is assigned a value based on its relevance, such as:

  • Visits: Generally, they carry more weight due to their direct impact on client relationships.

  • Calls and emails: While essential, they may have less weight depending on their strategic importance.

  • Check-ins and other interactions: Customisable according to the company’s needs.

Why is this metric important?

The Activity Score not only measures performance but also provides valuable insights to optimise commercial management, fostering a more strategic approach to client interactions.

With this functionality, sales managers can effectively monitor their team’s activities, identify areas for improvement, and align commercial efforts with company goals.
