What types of activity are there?

The Activity menu displays all interactions held with the customer.

The following information will be reported automatically:

  • E-mails. 
  • Phone calls (on Android devices, phone calls are synced and are all registered, both those corresponding to saved contacts on ForceManager and numbers that are not saved on the application).

In addition, you can add the report as regards your interactions manually (for instance, the content of a phone call, if important). By default, you can add the following types of activity:

  • Check-in
  • Activity:
    • Comment 
    • Phone call
    • Meeting
    • Visit

On ForceManager, you also have the option of editing or adding activity types according to your needs. In order to customize fields, on the settings menu, click on the option “Custom Fields”.
