Ringover : Description and Functionality

Ringover is a cloud-based telephony platform that allows for centralised call management. Its primary purpose is to facilitate communication within work teams and with clients, offering features such as VoIP calls, call recording, voicemail, and messaging.

Users can make and receive calls from different devices (computer, mobile, or IP phone) without the need for additional physical infrastructure. Additionally, it provides access to call histories and other relevant data for business communication management.

Integration with Sage Sales Management

The integration of Ringover with Sage Sales Management enables call records made via Ringover to be automatically stored on the platform. This is similar to the CallTracker functionality on Android, making it easier to access relevant information about client interactions.

The synchronised data in Sage Sales Management includes:

  • Associated contact

  • Date and time of the call

  • Call duration

  • Call type (missed, incoming, outgoing)
