Thanks to the new available widgets on iOS 14, you will have direct access to the most iconic features of ForceManager from your device home screen.
You will be able to do a Check-in, join a videocall, reach your next destination and track your goals without opening the application.
But the best of all is that the widget changes automatically depending on the needs of each sales representative, offering in each moment just what they need.
How does the widget work?
The ForceManager widget will provide you information as long as you are logged into your session on the device. Since our widget is smart, it will display different information depending on the agenda of each sales representative.
By default, this widget will show either one or maximum three main Goals that you have in your Dashboard. This will allow you to track your goals without accessing ForceManager.
When the widget detects that in less than an 1h 30’ you have a visit or video call, the Goals section will be replaced by the Magic Card. Through this, you have the same options than if you were in your ForceManager Dashboard: you have the Route option to reach your destination, you can do a Check-in or access the video call (Microsoft Teams or Zoom) through the “join meeting” button.
How to setup a widget?
Follow the below steps to add a widget in your iOS device.
Access your iPhone home screen and touch and hold a widget or an app until the apps jiggle.
Tap the “+” button, which is in the upper left corner.
Select the ForceManager widget, choose the size (there are three options) and tap “Add widget”.
