1. Portfolio coverage description

This graph shows how account coverage has evolved. The aim is to improve management and the organization of visits to ultimately optimize resources. You can check the accounts selected users own and have already visited as well as those they are still yet to visit.


The graph can be adapted to your needs. You can do this by accessing settings from the cog icon in the top right of the widget.


From settings, you’ll see the different options that allow you to select which data is shown in the graph.

  • Visit cycles: you can set visit cycles for your account segments and select if you want them to be classified or not. You’ll see data for the classified accounts in the graph, whereas those not classified are all accounts that are not assigned a segment and grouped into “Unclassified accounts”.

  • Account types: you have the option to select the account types you want included in the graph’s analysis.

  • Account status: you have the option to select the account statuses you want included in the graph’s analysis.


Once you’ve personalized the graph, you’ll see information divided between different sections:

1.1. Top of the graph

  • Total clients: total number of accounts selected users own.

  • Weekly target: weekly target of visits calculated from the total number of assigned accounts and their visit cycle E.g. (number of accounts to visit divided by the visit cycle) multiplied by 5 (working days).

  • Portfolio coverage: percentage of visited accounts.

1.2. Main graph

The assigned segmentation of accounts as well as the visit cycle assigned to segments is used for the analysis. Accounts will be shown as classified if they have been:

  • Visited: accounts that have been visited in the assigned visit cycle for their segment.

  • Contacted: accounts that have had some sort of activity within the assigned visit cycle for their segment (email, call etc.)

  • Unattended: accounts with no interactions from the assigned visit cycle for their segment.

1.3. Bottom of the graph

In the bottom part of the graph you can see:

  • Unclassified accounts: the sum of all the accounts that haven’t been assigned a segment, plus those marked as “unclassified” when setting the visit cycles of this graph.

  • Unattended accounts: all classified accounts with no interactions from the visit cycle.

Lastly, by clicking on the “table” icon (at the top right of the widget), you’ll see all this data in a table format, allowing you to make a more in depth analysis.

2. Deep dive in the pipeline analysis

From the “Portfolio coverage” graphic, you can also analyze in depth when you need to know what opportunities are included in the graphic data. For that, click on the data bar you need to analyze.

What pipeline data can you analyze?

You can analyze this data through each coloured bar, either visited, contacted or unattended clients of all segmentations (A, B, C or D).

When you click on a bar, a new window in your browser will appear displaying the Accounts menu filtered by the data you are looking for.
