Description of the Goals Chart

This chart is a very useful tool for setting your personal goals and analysing the evolution of your activity in Sage Sales Management. You can set a goal and define the period in which you wish to achieve it, choosing from various options such as daily, weekly, monthly, and more.

How to manage goals from the web app?

Goals can be managed from the Sage Sales Management web app through the Metrics and Reports menu.
Within this menu, under the Intensity tab, you’ll find the Goals chart, which allows you to track all previously configured goals or manage them. From this section, you can add or modify any necessary goals.

To manage your goals, click on the settings icon located in the upper right corner of the widget. From there, you can add, edit, and delete goals.

If no goals have been set yet, you will see a message with a link that will take you directly to the Goals section.

In both cases, the icon and the START link will lead you to the Goals section, where you can define, adjust, and create new goals.

How to create a new goal?

  1. Go to the Goals section.

  2. Fill in the fields to define a new goal:

    • Goal type (individual).

    • Activity (check-ins, calls...).

    • Quantity (10, 50, 100...).

    • Period (daily, weekly...).

  3. Click Save to complete the process.

Adjusting Goal Details

To adjust how your goal details are displayed, simply click on the options icon.

All goals set within this chart can be edited or deleted whenever needed. To do so:

  1. Click on the goal you wish to edit.

  2. A new window will open with the goal’s information and performance.

  3. In the top-right corner of this window, you will find options to edit and delete the goal.
