Description of the Portfolio Coverage Chart

The Portfolio Coverage chart in Sage Sales Management allows you to analyse the evolution of visit coverage for assigned companies. Its goal is to improve the organisation and management of visits, thus optimising resources. This tool enables you to check the number of visits completed and pending for companies assigned to selected users.

Customising the Chart

Before analysing the chart sections, note that it can be configured according to your specific needs. You can access the settings via the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Configuration options:

  1. Define visit cycles:

    • Establish visit cycles according to the classifications assigned to your companies.

    • Decide whether to include classified (with a classification) or unclassified companies (without a classification). Unclassified companies will be grouped under "unclassified companies".

  2. Select company types:

    • Configure the types of companies to include in the data analysis.

  3. Select company statuses:

    • Define which company statuses to include in the analysis.

Available options:

  • Define Cycle

  • Define Types

  • Define Statuses

Chart Sections

Upper Section of the Chart

  • Total clients: Total number of companies assigned to selected users.

  • Weekly target: Calculated based on assigned companies and their visit cycles (example: number of companies to visit / days of the visit cycle x 5 working days).

  • Portfolio coverage: Percentage of companies visited compared to the total assigned companies.

Central Section of the Chart

Companies are grouped based on their classifications and visit cycles:

  • Visited: Companies visited within their visit cycle.

  • Contacted: Companies that received some activity (email, call, management…) within their visit cycle.

  • Unattended: Companies that received no interaction within their visit cycle.

Lower Section of the Chart

  • Unclassified companies: Companies without a defined classification or marked as "unclassified" in the configuration.

  • Out of coverage: Classified companies that received no interaction within their visit cycle.

Viewing Data in Table Format

Click on the "table" icon in the upper-right corner to view all data in table format for a more detailed analysis.

In-depth Pipeline Analysis

From the Portfolio Coverage chart, you can conduct a detailed analysis of opportunities related to each data set. To do this:

  1. Click on the data you wish to analyse, whether in the bars for visited, contacted, or unattended companies.

  2. The Companies menu will automatically open, showing the filtered data corresponding to the selected figure.

This allows you to better understand the coverage and opportunities available in the different classifications (A, B, C, or D).
