You can easily start a conversation both in the App and on the Web.
Start a conversation in Activities using the mobile App:
In the Activity menu, click on any activity in the list.
Select the speech balloon icon on the top bar to access the messages shared in the activity.
You can start a conversation simply by clicking on the white bar at the bottom of the screen. Type @ followed by the name of the user to mention any team member. second Icon after , tap on “New comment” to open the messaging panel where you can write your message in the designated text box.
Start a conversation in Activities using the WebApp:
From the “Activities” menu:
Select any activity in the left panel, also known as the timeline, to display its details in the right panel.
A new tab called “Conversation” will appear in the right panel. In this section, you can write your message in the designated text box.
From other entities:
Select any activity in the activity widget to display its details in a pop-up or modal window.
You will see a new tab called “Conversation,” where you can write your message in the designated text box.
