The conversation thread is part of the activity log (internal activity over external activity) and is structured as follows:

Activity Title: Conversations are contextualised based on a specific interaction with clients.

Participants: By default, the person responsible for the activity, and other users who are mentioned will be added.

Messages: Thread of conversations between users.

Time: Messages are ordered chronologically.
