1. What is the Multiple Pipelines Functionality?
The Multiple Pipelines is an exclusive feature of the ForceManager Opportunities menu that allows for the categorization of pipelines based on individual product or service lines, with varying opportunity statuses for each pipeline. This feature is particularly suitable for businesses that have unique sales processes for each of their product or service lines.
This functionality is available on the web app and mobile devices (Android and iOS devices).
2. How to use the Multiple Pipelines?
There are two ways to utilize this feature: when creating a new opportunity or when searching for an existing one.
1. When creating an opportunity
Step 1: Create an Opportunity and fill in the mandatory field Type. You can select which option (product or service line) corresponds to the opportunity pipeline.
Step 2: Select the Opportunity Status depending on the Sales Pipeline you had chosen.
Step 3: Fill in the required details in the opportunity creation form, and click on Save.
2. When searching for an opportunity
Step 1: Go to Opportunities and locate the Type option, which is located to the right of the search bar. Then, click on the arrow and select the desired option from the dropdown menu. If you're not sure which pipeline to choose, you can select all opportunities to view the complete list.
Step 2: Apply additional filters to easily locate the opportunity you are looking for.
3. How to apply filters to Opportunities?
1. From the Pipeline
In the Opportunities Pipeline, you can filter the opportunities by status, by selecting or unselecting the check-boxes. Remember you will just see the corresponding status of the pipeline you are in.
2. From the funnel
From the funnel, you can continue adding as many filters as you need to find for the opportunity you are looking for.
