You can link calls or emails to opportunities inside the ForceManager's Activity menu to seamlessly track every interaction with your customers that is related to an opportunity. This feature is available in both the web and mobile versions of the app.
How to link an email or call to an Opportunity on the web version?
First, go to the Activity menu and perform the following steps:
1. Click on the call or email to open the activity file.
2. Click on the "pencil" icon to open the editing tab.
3. Finally, select the Opportunity related to this activity.
4. Save the changes.
How to link an email or call to an Opportunity on mobile?
First, go to the Dashboard or Activities menu and select the activity you want to link. Then, perform the following steps:
1. Click on the call or email to open the activity file.
2. Click on the "pencil" icon to open the editing tab.
3. Finally, select the Opportunity related to this activity.
4. Save the changes.
