What the opportunity pipeline shows
The pipeline is a report that summarises the opportunities you have created. It groups them by status and updates automatically as you record your activity.
Statuses appear in order from least to most advanced, for example: contacted, visited, and quote sent.
For each status, the report shows:
Number of opportunities.
Total value: the combined value of all opportunities with that status.
Weighted value: the sum of each opportunity’s value multiplied by its sales probability percentage.
Where to view the pipeline
On the web, go to Reports to view the pipeline.
In the mobile app, go to Opportunities and select the Pipeline tab. You will find a summary of the report there.
