In ForceManager you can create customized fields, these fields won’t travel to Sage but will be helpful if you need to report visits or add additional information.
To create additional customized fields you have to go to:
Profile> My profile> Customized fields

Customized fields

Here you will have to select where do you want the new fields to be added:
Accounts: Any custom field that you want to see on the tab ”Accounts” ( Pro tip: You can use it to display it on a company's profile:

The same goes for the other tabs:

  • Contacts (Birthdays, personal interests,etc)

  • Activity ( when you do a visit maybe you want your sales rep to record the brands the customer is interested in, add extra info while doing the visit report is the most used case)

  • Opportunities: same use case as the activity type mentioned before.

Important Notes:

The necessary data for quotes to transfer correctly are as follows:

Accounts must have:

  • Assigned Rate

  • Customer/Prospect – when creating a new client, it is automatically set as a Prospect (Prospects will only stay in the CRM, when set as a Customer, it will sync with Sage, creating a new account on Sage)

  • The account must have at least the Country field completed (mandatory for Sage), and we recommend providing the full address so it can be geolocated in the CRM, allowing Check-ins to be logged.

All of this is necessary to ensure that quotes created in the CRM are transferred correctly to Sage.

If you need to add any additional users in ForceManager, please contact us.

  • Extra fields are not transferred to Sage. (Tutorial on how to create extra fields.)

Additionally, it is important to review the emails associated with accounts and contacts. There can only be:

  • One email per account.

  • One email per contact.

The “Role” field for contacts must be filled in Sage, as the corresponding field in the CRM is not transferred.
