What is check-in?
It is the process whereby the sales rep can register their physical appointment with the customer, provided it is no less than 500 meters from the exact location of the customer’s office or facilities.
To check-in, the only required field is the type of visit. The other fields are not required; they can be filled in later, if necessary. The check-in is registered under activity, where it can later be retrieved to enter further details or comments regarding the visit.
