What is the Account's file?

From the Companies menu, you can access a company’s profile to view all its details. Use filters to locate the specific company you need and open it to review its information. Once you’re inside, note that you’ll only see information related to this company within its associated menus.

General Information

By default, you will access the General Information tab. From this tab, you have various options:

View the company’s general information: If you need to edit or delete it, click on the edit pencil icon. Remember that you can also add or change the company’s photo from here. • Tracking: You can mark this company for tracking by enabling the flag. This way, if anyone edits the company or performs any activity related to it, you’ll receive a notification.

Contacts Menu

In this menu, you can view the people associated with this company. Apply filters to find them quickly, and you can also add more contacts by clicking on the plus icon.

Opportunities Module

In this module, you can view potential sales with this client. Filter opportunities as needed and add new ones when necessary.

Activities

This menu is especially useful for preparing for your next meeting or call with the client. Here you can:

• Review your latest interactions with this account. • Recall where you left off in the business by checking recent activities.

Additionally, ForceManager syncs with your email server and mobile phone, so all information is centralised in one place.

Images Menu

In this menu, you can view all the photos you’ve added during your interactions in a gallery. From this menu, you can only view the images. If you want to edit them, go to the activities menu and edit the relevant entry.

Calendar Menu

In this menu, you can see the visits and tasks you have scheduled with this client. This helps you plan and organise your next steps efficiently.

Documents Module

In this module, you can manage contracts and specific documentation related to this account. To add a document or organise the menu, click the plus button. From here, you can:

• Create folders. • Add images. • Upload PDFs, videos, Excel files, etc. • Scan documents with your mobile camera.
