🔗 This feature is available for all plans.

For detailed information about each plan, you can check it out 👉 here.

1. Information on the web application

To quickly locate an account file within ForceManager:

  1. Navigate to the "Accounts"section found in the main menu.

  2. From there, you can either:

    • Choose a company directly from the displayed list.

    • Utilize the company search feature for a more specific query—either by a General keyword or by the company's name.

After selecting an account, its profile will open in a new tab within the same browser window, all within the same web application. This tab will display all relevant information pertaining to the chosen company.

The account details are shown in a two-column layout, presenting essential information across various content windows.

At the top, you will find:

  1. General Information: This showcases details from general and highlighted fields. You can customize the displayed information by clicking on 'View All.'

  2. Mapped Address: The company's location is geographically pinpointed on a map.

Scroll down to find relevant details about Comments, Activities, Opportunities, Orders, Related Contacts, Calendar, Reports, Documentos, Analytics*, General info and other related Accounts.

The Analytics section provides an Activity Index, the functionality of this value is to provide a clear metric to evaluate the level of activity and sales of each account. These calculations assign a relative performance score, which varies over time and is compared with other actions within the same period, thus facilitating performance comparison and evaluation.

These two icons are visible in some of these sections:

Show more: Click to navigate to the selected section, which will open in a new browser window.

2. Information on the mobile application

On the mobile application, you have access to the same information but it is displayed in a different format.

However, unlike the web application, when you enter an account file, the Check-in button will be displayed. The color orange means that the account you are viewing is not geolocated and you have the option of using your location or a location within a less than 500-metre radius thereof. By checking in, your visit will be recorded in the corresponding account file.

If, on the other hand, the button is grey, you cannot Check-in because you are not in the account location.

If you are in the company location but cannot check in, you should make sure the location and data settings are enabled. Though enabled, the account may not be properly located. You can rectify the location really simply:

  • On Android, press "geolocate".

  • On iOS, you can update the location using the

icon and calculate your route clicking on "show rutes".

Moreover, you can also access to the related menus of this account: contacts, opportunities, documents, reports, etc. trough the same account file.

Additionally, if your accounts are geolocated, you will be able to see them on the map and see where they are located. Access the map to see how to get there and also to see the accounts that are nearby.

On both Android and IOS devices, you can see the distance by car and also by foot.
