What is the Sage50 UKI Connector?

Sage 50 UKI integration enhances your business operations by seamlessly synchronising data between the two platforms.
The Sage 50 UKI and Sage Sales Management connector is a robust tool designed to integrate and synchronise key records across both systems, supporting both bidirectional and unidirectional synchronisation methods depending on the entity involved.

  • In bidirectional synchronisation, information is exchanged between Sage 50 UKI and Sage Sales Management (SSM). Any changes made in either system are reflected in the other.

  • In unidirectional synchronisation, data flows from Sage 50 UKI to SSM only. Changes made in SSM do not affect the data stored in Sage 50 UKI.

⚠️The standard synchronization between Sage Accounting and Sage Sales Management will be performed every 15 minutes. This value should be adjustable based on team requirements while considering technical feasibility.

When synchronising you may notice that the status column in the configuration window displays either "Stopped" or "Running".

These messages reflect the current activity of the synchronisation process:


Stopped

This means that no synchronisation is currently taking place.
The connector runs in a 15-minute cycle. If there is no data to synchronise, or if the synchronisation completes before the next cycle, the status will revert to Stopped.

The connector remains active in the background and will check for new data every 15 minutes.


Running

This indicates that the connector is actively synchronising data between Sage Sales Management and Sage 50 UK.
Once the process completes, the status will change back to Stopped until the next cycle begins.
