Along my working dat I contact with my clients and the calls I do are registered and displayed in Activities section. If this process is automatic why do I have the option to create a Phone Call Activity?
The answer is simple, although calls are saved in ForceManager, they do not allow to be associated with an Opportunity or able to add comments and images for example. These calls are only an informative way to show my telephone interaction with my clients.
Accessing the Activities section I can create a Phone Call Activity and I can associate it with a company and a customer as well as adding comments and attachments to it.
To register Incoming/Outgoing phone calls is only available in Android. In iOS/Windows Phone, calls done directly from ForceManager app are only registered.
