Process
Throughout my day, I contact customers and the calls are registered in the Activity section. If this process is automatic, why do I have the option of creating a phone call activity?
The answer is really simple. Although calls are registered on ForceManager, they cannot be associated with an Opportunity, nor can Comments or Pictures be added for example. They are only shown in an informative manner to reflect telephone interaction with my customers.
Accessing the Activity section, I can create a Phone Call type activity that can be associated with a company and a customer as well as add Comments and attachments to the activity.
Notes
Bear in mind that only outgoing calls by the App will be registered both Android and iOS devices.
