Every call related to contacts registered in Sage Sales Management is synchronised and recorded automatically.

Configuration

Setting up Caller ID for iOS is intuitive:
From the Sage Sales Management application, navigate to your profile and, within Settings, access Phone calls Identification.

Clicking on the button "Go to device Settings" the device will show you directly the section to active the call identification feature.

Activate Caller ID: Select the option for call synchronisation for iOS devices for Sage Sales Management.

Appropriate Permissions: Ensure you grant the necessary permissions in the iPhone settings for access to contacts and calls.

Automatic Synchronisation: Once configured, each call will be automatically recorded in the CRM, facilitating the tracking and analysis of commercial activity.
