Configuration
Setting up Caller ID for iOS is quick and intuitive. Follow these steps to activate it on your device:
Open the Sage Sales Management app and go to the More (⋯) tab.
Select Settings from the list.
In the Settings menu, tap Phone calls identification.
Press Go to device Settings. This will redirect you to the iPhone’s configuration screen.
In your iPhone settings, go to Phone > Call Blocking & Identification and enable Sage Sales Mgt.
This allows the app to identify calls from contacts stored in Sage Sales Management.Return to the app and confirm the activation. You’ll see a confirmation message indicating that your Sage Sales Management contacts will be identified when you receive or make a phone call.
Make sure the Contacts Identification switch is turned on to complete the setup.
This feature only identifies incoming calls from contacts already saved in Sage Sales Management.
