When you have a Video Call event scheduled in your ForceManager calendar, it will be shown with the
icon. When you click on the event, the "Join Meeting" option will appear, from which you can directly access the video call with your client.
At the end of the video call, a video call activity will have been automatically created with the duration that the appointment had scheduled.
In addition, when you return to ForceManager after the video call, the post-video call report will open on the screen in case you need to add comments or relevant information from the meeting.
If you do not need to add additional information, you can close the form and the video call will still be recorded with the default information.
