Not all the e-mails exchanged with my customers are registered on ForceManager because:
The contact with whom I exchanged an e-mail is not saved on the ForceManager application. Therefore, if it is a customer of mine, completing their associated details is important, specifying their e-mail address in particular.
Internal e-mails that I exchange with my work colleagues may not register as the option is disabled.
Observations
Though the contact is registered on the device’s contacts, they must also be added to the ForceManager application.
