How do I customize opportunity statuses?

Once you have logged into the web version of the app, click your profile icon located in the top right corner of the screen and select "Administration". Click "Opportunities" from the "Personalize Fields" menu located to the left of the screen.

From here you can view the initial status of your opportunity (first visit, order sent, etc.). You can also define what business phase the opportunity is in, i.e. what stage of the process the opportunity is located in (won/lost). Don't forget that you can delete, modify and add new criteria depending on your requirements, including modifying extra fields to customize your settings.
