From the web version, you can export data from the main menus (accounts, contacts, etc...).

Personalize the menu list you want to export: apply filters, manage the fields you're interested in... Once you have the list as you like, click on the option 'Export Excel' you will find by clicking on the last option from the table of elements of each menu. Below is an example:

A pop-up window will appear so you can select the fields you want to export from those entities (you can customize it according to the information you need). Then click on "Export Excel" to start the download.
