This Outlook plugin only works with Outlook Office 365 versions.

What does the ForceManager Add-in offer?

This add-in allows you to merge the potential of ForceManager with Microsoft Outlook by accessing the data stored in your CRM, enabling the management and detection of accounts, contacts, and opportunities inside your Outlook mailbox.

Install the add-in by clicking the following button, once inside the AppSource page click on "Get it Now". The ForceManager add-in will immediately download and install so you can start using it right away.

How to activate this Add-in?

You can also activate it from the web version of Outlook Office 365. Once you have logged in, go to the ribbon located at the upper right of the window and click on the "Get add-ins" icon:


From the Add-ins for Outlook page, search for the ForceManager add-in by scrolling through the list of add-ins or using the search bar. Once found, click on the "Add" button, as shown below:


After installing the add-in, go to the My Add-ins tab to ensure it has been successfully activated:


How to use this Add-in?

To begin using the ForceManager add-in, go to your Outlook mailbox and click on the email of interest, then display the actions list by clicking the


"more actions" icon located at the top right of the email:


Then continue with the following steps:

  1. To open the add-in section, select Forcemanager CRM from the actions list.

  2. Then, inside this section, select "Get started."

  3. Sign in to your ForceManager account.

  4. You can start using the add-in as soon as you log in to your account. We suggest you pin this add-in for quick access.

Main functionalities of the ForceManager Add-in

The add-in will display the following elements depending on the information associated to the email's sender: Activities, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Documents.


To view the details of an element, you must click on it. Additionally, you can perform different actions, such as: updating a contact, modifying any account information, creating an opportunity, and more. We describe how to do it in the following paragraphs.

Register your Outlook emails:

From the Activities tab inside the add-in, you can save your Outlook emails in the CRM by clicking on the "Save email" button at the top of the email history. Look at the following article to learn more about this feature: Add your Outlook emails to your Activities.


Update contact:

If the add-in identifies a previously registered contact in the CRM, you can access and edit their details by clicking on the "Modify" button, which will redirect you to the CRM's contact form:


Add contact:

The add-in automatically recognizes unrelated contacts inside the CRM, if you want to add them, click the "Add" button, then enter the necessary information and link the new contact to the corresponding account, as shown in the following image:


Update Account:

To update the contact's account information:

  1. Go to the Accounts tab.

  2. Click the "Modify" button, which will take you to the account file inside the CRM, where you can make any change.


Add Opportunity:

You can browse all the opportunities related to the account from the add-in section. You can also create a new one by clicking on the "New Opportunity" button, which will redirect you to the Opportunity's creation form, where you can enter all the necessary specifications:


View and add Featured Fields:

If the account contains featured fields, you can see them at the beginning of the add-in section, and you can perform the following actions:

  1. When scrolling over the list, you can consult all the featured fields.

  2. By clicking on "See all fields" a pop-up window will open where you can also see all your featured fields.

View Account File:

To view all Account information, you must click on the "redirection" icon


, located at the top of the add-in section, which will redirect you to the account file inside the CRM:


If you no longer need to use the ForceManager add-in, you can uninstall it by clicking the "Remove" option inside the My add-ins page:
