To make your sales team as efficient as possible, unify their passwords to make their access to ForceManager as easy as possible.

1. How can you unify your passwords?

Through a process of authentication called Single Sign-On (SSO), users can access multiple applications with a single account for different systems and resources.

With this SSO process, you can link your Google Workspace or Office 365 password with that of ForceManager, which securely automates access to your users' application.

For users, this provides great convenience, as they only need to identify themselves once to keep their session active in all applications that use SSO.

2. What is the process to configure Single Sign-On (SSO) in ForceManager?

In ForceManager, you can configure this feature with Google Workspace (G-suite) or Microsoft Azure. To activate it, you must access ForceManager Admin and go to the "Users" section where you will find the "Authentication" tab.

Once inside this tab, you can define which users you want to activate the feature for. You can activate it for all users or for specific users.


Next, in each user's details, you can see which authentication process has been assigned to them:


If you have chosen the "for all users" setting in the configuration, the authentication of a new user will be automatically set up with either Google Workspace (G-suite) or Microsoft Azure SSO.

3. What changes will be shown when configuring SSO?

Once the SSO has been configured, when the user accesses the ForceManager's Log-in page, one of the following situations may occur:

  • If they had already logged into their Outlook or Gmail account on the browser, they will not be prompted for their password again and will be redirected directly to the application.

  • If they had not yet logged into their Outlook or Gmail account on the browser, they will be redirected to their authentication provider's page to enter their password and grant access permissions to ForceManager. Afterwards, they can access the application.
