Ïn ForceManager Admin, you can easily verify if a user has their email and calendar synced.

Accessing Synchronisation Information

  • Access the Users Menu: Go to the user's profile in question and navigate to the "Email and Calendar Synchronisation" section, where you can view the synchronisation status.

Synchronisation Status

  • Not Synced:
If the email and/or calendar are not yet synced, a message will appear indicating the lack of synchronisation.

Active Synchronisation:
If the email and/or calendar are synced, you will see the following fields displayed:

  • "Email Sync" and "Calendar Sync": Indicates whether the user is syncing only their email, only their calendar, or both.

  • Bidirectional Sync: Indicates whether the user’s calendar is synced bidirectionally or not. Note: When the calendar is synced bidirectionally, events created from the provider will automatically be replicated in the ForceManager calendar and vice versa, meaning that events created in ForceManager will also be replicated with the provider.

  • Provider: The provider used by the user (Gmail, Microsoft, IMAP, etc.).

  • Email Address: The email address with which the user is syncing.

  • Sync Start Date: The date since the user began syncing their email and/or calendar.

  • Sync Status: Explained below.

Synchronisation Status

  • Sync Running: If everything is functioning correctly, the synchronisation status will appear in green.

  • Sync Errors: If there is a problem, the status will appear in red.

In case of an error, it is recommended that the affected user accesses the ForceManager settings from their own profile and re-syncs their email following the instructions in this other article.
