The ForceActivity® Score shows how user activity has evolved over the set period. It includes the interaction the user has had in recent weeks: calls, check-ins, emails, etc. Remember that, in ForceManager, each activity can have a weight depending on its importance to the company, for example: by default, a visit has more weight than an email, but the weights of each activity can be customised according to the needs of each company.
Remember, the ForceActivity® Score is calculated taking into account all the activities generated by the user. Each activity will have a different value according to its importance (for example, in most cases, a visit carries more weight than an email).
