Summary

The Dashboard in Sage Sales Management provides a clear and centralised view of your commercial activity. It serves as an adaptable homepage where you can monitor key metrics, upcoming actions and progress in real time, helping you stay organised and focused on your objectives.

1. What the Dashboard offers

The Dashboard is your daily starting point in Sage Sales Management. Its design allows you to:

  • View real-time data with instantly updated information on your activity, goals and opportunities.

  • Access a comprehensive overview of events, tasks, activities and opportunities without switching sections.

  • Navigate quickly through built-in shortcuts available in each widget.

The information displayed is primarily based on your profile and activity in the application.

2. Dashboard widgets and their functionalities

The Dashboard includes five key widgets, each designed to support essential aspects of daily commercial work.

Upcoming events

See detailed information about your upcoming events, including the related company and participants.

From the event details you can access full information and join meetings directly if a video link is included.

Goals

Review your sales goals and track your progress.

This widget includes two quick actions:

  • Go directly to the Goals page.

  • Create new goals according to your daily needs.

Activity

Quickly access activities such as emails, calls and video calls.

You can also create new activities linked to specific accounts or opportunities.

The quick-action icons allow you to:

  • Open the full Activities page.

  • Create a new activity.

  • Filter the activities displayed in the widget.

Tasks

Tasks are organised by date, allowing you to see your pending work and update it easily.

The widget icons offer the same quick actions as other modules:

  • Go to the main Tasks page.

  • Create a new task.

  • Filter the tasks shown in the widget.

Opportunities

View all your sales opportunities and filter them by status (e.g., negotiation, qualified, lost).

Filters help you focus on priority opportunities and manage their progression effectively.

3. Dashboard customisation

Custom tabs

You can create up to five custom tabs to access key metrics and reports.

These tabs remain after future updates, allowing you to tailor the Dashboard to your priorities.

Style and appearance

You can customise the background and brightness of the Dashboard to match your company’s branding, creating a more coherent and personalised experience.
