The new Dashboard in ForceManager offers a comprehensive view of your commercial activity, making it easier to track and analyze key interactions.

This Dashboard functions as an adaptable homepage where users can view and interact with key metrics and upcoming activities, thereby optimizing management and achieving business objectives.

One of the main benefits of the new homepage is real-time data, keeping you informed about your most important goals and opportunities with instantly updated information. Additionally, everything is in front of you, as the Dashboard includes an integral view that allows you to access events, opportunities, tasks, and activities on a single screen without needing to switch sections.

Dashboard Widgets and Their Functionalities

The Dashboard includes five key widgets that provide various functionalities and information.

Upcoming Events

With the Dashboard, you can view detailed information about your upcoming events, including the company and participants involved.

By accessing the event details, you can see each event's specifics and even join meetings with a video call link directly from the Dashboard.

Goals

From the Dashboard, you can view your sales goals and track your progress.

The widget also shows two icons with quick actions :

Navigate to the Goals page and create new goals according to daily needs.

Activities

You can quickly access activities like emails, calls, and video calls. You can also create new activities linked to specific companies and opportunities, making it easier to organize interactions with clients.

Thanks to the quick action icons , you can, with one click: go to the Activities page, create new activities, or quickly filter visible activities in the widget by management type.

Tasks

Tasks are organized by date on the Dashboard, helping you view your pending tasks and update them quickly, thereby facilitating time management and meeting deadlines.

The icons on the Tasks widget offer the same options as mentioned previously.

By clicking one of these icons , you can go to the main Tasks page, create a new task, and filter visible tasks in your Dashboard widget.

Opportunities

The Opportunities widget on the Dashboard allows you to view all sales opportunities and filter them by status (for example, in negotiation, qualified, or lost).

The opportunity status filters allow you to view specific opportunities and manage their progress.

Dashboard Customization

Customizable Tabs

Users can create up to five custom tabs on the Dashboard, making it easier to access key metrics and reports. This allows each user to tailor the Dashboard to their priorities.
