At ForceManager, we offer advanced tools for data import and export, allowing users to manage companies, contacts, and opportunities on a large scale. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to leverage these functionalities to optimize your CRM.

Step 1: Custom Field Preparation

Before importing data, it's crucial that you customize the fields in ForceManager. From the "Customize fields" menu, you can add or edit fields according to your specific needs, such as CIF for your companies or adding other positions to contacts.

Step 2: Data Import

Once the fields are customized, you're ready to import data. Use the provided template to ensure all necessary data is included. Follow these steps:

  1. Download the template and fill in the required data.

  2. Upload the template and associate the data to be imported.

  3. Review and correct any discrepancies in the template values.

  4. Detect and manage duplicates by selecting unique fields such as email or phone number.

Step 3: Data Export Exporting is facilitated for different sections such as companies and contacts. Depending on the volume, the data will be sent by email or downloaded directly.

Consultations and History Management Within the import and export menu, you can check the import history and manage downloads of attachments or errors.
