You can carry out different actions for each one of the files you have included in the Documents menu:
Edit the name or delete the document: You can only edit the document name via the web application. Clicking on the top of the screen.
Download the file: By clicking on the document it opens a pop-up window that includes the download option.
Share the document: You can share it with contacts, accounts or other users external to ForceManager.
Note: Bear in mind that deleting a document you have downloaded implies deleting it from your device, not from the application. |
