The Dashboard
Dashboard Overview
When we access the application, the first menu we encounter is the Dashboard. This is the main screen that you will see when logging into ForceManager from any mobile device. Here, you can view the most relevant information related to your daily tasks. Firstly, you can set your personal goals and then track their progress, allowing you to self-regulate your work at any time.
Tracking Progress with the Magic Card
To the right of your goals, you’ll find the Magic Card, a smart card that provides key information about your next visit. It tells you whom you’re meeting with, the time, the estimated travel duration, and offers quick access to the contacts involved. It also gives real-time directions to help you reach the event on time.
To see directions, tap on the Route button and select the app you want to use for navigation. After completing the visit, you can also record it using the check-in button. When you’re within 500 metres of the company you’re meeting, the check-in button will activate, allowing you to log the visit in under a minute.
