Option 1: Contact through your profile
1. Click on your profile.
2. Select the “Contact support” option.
3. A form will open where you can describe your issue and attach images if necessary.
Option 2: Use the support chat
1. Click on the chat application icon located at the bottom right of the screen.
2. A help menu will appear where you can:
• Review your recent messages.
• Send a message and start a chat with our support team*.
• Access our courses and Help Centre.
• Consult recommended articles.
• Open a technical issue using a form.

New York: 4am to 10pm, Monday to Friday
