How can I contact support?
Getting in touch with our support team is simple. There are several ways to do it and, although the access point may differ, all of them will take you to the same help tools and the same specialised team.
Option 1: From your profile
Click on your profile (top right corner).
Select “Contact support”.
A form will open where you can describe your issue and attach images if needed.
Option 2: From the Help Centre
Click on the chat icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
The Help Centre will open, where you can:
Start a chat with support.*
Review your recent messages.
Access courses and recommended articles.
Open a technical issue using a form.
Option 3: From the Resource Centre (webapp)
At the bottom left of the screen, you will find the News / Resource Centre icon.
Click on it.
You will see the onboarding journey and, at the bottom, the following options:
Chat with us → opens the support chat in the Help Centre.
Give us your feedback → send feedback directly.
Contact us → access contact options, including the support email address.

Spain (CET): 08:00 – 02:00 (Monday to Friday)
Central Europe: 08:00 – 02:00 (Monday to Friday)
Mexico City: 03:00 – 21:00 (Monday to Friday)
United Kingdom: 07:00 – 01:00 (Monday to Friday)
New York: 04:00 – 22:00 (Monday to Friday)
