Sales Records is a feature that enables you to categorize various types of sales records within the Sales Orders module.

Once configured and activated, a new sidebar will appear in the Sales Orders module, positioned between the main menu and the records table. Within this sidebar, you will find the various types of Sales Orders that have been set up. When you select a particular type, it will display its corresponding status options.

This functionality simplifies the process for users to swiftly differentiate between different sales data types. Additionally, it allows for the incorporation of customizations to meet specific client requirements. For instance, we can create a Sales Order type named 'Technical Incidents,' which could be employed by a technical support team during client visits to service machinery. This type may involve the use of components that require invoicing to the end customer.
