The Advanced Filters functionality in Sage Sales Management allows you to obtain specific and precise search results. Learn how to use them here. By using different operators, these filters help you limit and condition the available records to extract the necessary information.
In the Sales menu, you have the option to filter for faster searches.
1. From the Web Version
By clicking on the funnel icon in the web version, you can select the following filters:
Product type: search for the product by entering its title.
Rate: discount applied to the product.
Status: current status of the order (presented, pending, draft, approved).
Company: company to which the order is assigned.
Opportunity: opportunity related to the order.
Owner: person responsible for the order.
Value: total amount of the order.
Date: validity date of the order.
2. From the Mobile App
In the mobile app, the funnel icon allows you to filter by:
Status: current status of the order (presented, pending, draft, approved).
Company: company to which the order is assigned.
Owner: person responsible for the order.
Amount: total amount of the order.
Expected close date: validity date of the order..
