The Settings module allows you to customise your configuration, activate or deactivate specific features, and define the scoring rules used to analyse sales activity.

The format must follow this structure: word 1, word 2, word 3...
The limit is 200 words.

2. Scoring System

In this section, you can configure the points awarded to users based on their actions.

  • Points per email (sent or received from contacts/companies)

  • Days interval: Time range used to calculate scores.

  • Points per order

  • Environment targeting: If set to 0, scoring applies to the whole company. Any other value refers to a specific environment ID.

Sales source
Defines which sales outcome contributes to the scoring:

  1. Won opportunities

  2. Won quotes

  3. Won orders

  • Points per internal phone call minute (between Sage Sales Management users)

  • Points per internal email

3. Points by Account Type
