How to Boost Your Sales Follow-up with Mobile Email Marketing
ForceManager enables efficient management of commercial interactions by centralising communications and facilitating email sending directly from both the Web and Mobile applications.
This feature streamlines the workflow by eliminating the need to switch platforms, which improves opportunity tracking and ensures punctual follow-up with each contact.
Permissions Needed
To use this tool's features, make sure you have activated permissions.
Sending an Email in ForceManager
Once permissions are granted, email options will appear in your Dashboard, Companies, Contacts, and Activities sections.
Sending Emails from the Dashboard
From your Dashboard, simply click the button to start creating an email easily at any time.
Companies Section
In a company profile, navigate to quick options to send an email to the account's primary contact.
Contacts Section
You can also email any contact in the Contacts section. Here, you’ll find two email options:
At the top of the contact profile
Within the contact’s email details
Activities Section
In Activities, email sending options are available within each activity's details.
Key Email Actions in ForceManager
While drafting an email, you have easy access to multiple actions, such as:
Adding a signature
Attaching files
Email Tracking
Adding a Signature
Easily add a signature by selecting the first icon in the email options.
Attaching Files
You can attach files (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, .ZIP, .RAR, etc.) up to 5MB.
Click the attachment icon.
Choose the images or documents you wish to attach.
Preview the attachments at the bottom of your message.
If you attach an incorrect file, you can remove it quickly.
Select the file: Click the file you want to remove.
Click "Delete": This removes the file from the attachments, so it won’t be included in your email.
Email Tracking
Knowing when a prospect opens your email or clicks on a link can transform your follow-up strategy. ForceManager’s email tracking notifications allow you to focus on the most engaged clients, optimising your sales process by dedicating efforts to the most promising leads.
Activating Email Tracking Permissions
You’ll need to provide consent to activate this feature. Learn more about email tracking and GDPR compliance here.
Once permissions are granted, you can select your preferred tracking mode for each email:
Open Tracking: Detects when the recipient opens the email.
Link Tracking: Records when the recipient clicks on an included link.
