How do you create goals from the web app?

Any ForceManager user can create and manage their own goals from the basic version of the feature.

To create a goal, go to the "Sales Analysis" menu then select "Intensity" to access the graph and "Goals" widget.

Click "Add" to start creating personal goals. A window is displayed where you can define the characteristics of your new goal.

  1. My goal: personal
  2. Is to reach: numeric amount
  3. Activity type: check-ins, visits, new accounts, new opportunities or sales
  4. Deadline for reaching goal: daily, weekly, monthly, etc.

Once all fields have been completed, click "Save" and the new goal will be automatically added to the "Active Goals" list together with all other goals.

How do I manage goals from a mobile device?

Goals can be managed from both Android and iOS devices, as detailed below.

Each time you log into your account you are taken to your "Dashboard". If you haven't created any goals yet (and none have been assigned to you) an informative screen is displayed here with a description of the feature.

Click "Add Goal" to begin creating your goals as necessary. Select the activity type (Check-in, phone calls, etc.), the amount (10, 50, 100, etc.) and the deadline for completing the goal (daily, weekly, etc.).

Individual goals can be created from both the web app and mobile devices in Premium versions. However, team goals can only be created from the web app.

Once you have created your goals you can view them from your "Dashboard" and monitor their progress. ForceManager will provide detailed information so that you can efficiently analyze the progress of your goals.
