What fields do tasks have?
When creating a task, the input fields you will see are:
- Subject: the activity you want to carry out
- Activity type: comments, phone calls, meeting, visits, cold call, acquisition visit.
- Date: the date you plan to carry out the task
- Appointment reminder: if you want to receive a notification about the event. You can also select when you want to receive it (start time, 5 minutes before, 15 minutes before, 1 hour before, 1 day before or 1 week before).
- User: who created the task
- Account: the account associated with the task.
- Opportunity: the opportunity related to the task
- Invited users: If you want to add more users to the event.
