What fields do tasks have?

When creating a task, the input fields you will see are:

  • Subject: the activity you want to carry out
  • Activity type: comments, phone calls, meeting, visits, cold call, acquisition visit.
  • Date: the date you plan to carry out the task
  • Appointment reminder: if you want to receive a notification about the event. You can also select when you want to receive it (start time, 5 minutes before, 15 minutes before, 1 hour before, 1 day before or 1 week before).
  • User: who created the task
  • Account: the account associated with the task.
  • Opportunity: the opportunity related to the task
  • Invited users: If you want to add more users to the event.
