If I wish to load a document in ForceManager’s DOCUMENT MANAGER, I have to verify the folder’s security level to view if I have access. To do so:
Select the folder;
Edit Folder button;
Specify the branch if you wish to limit it;
Specify the Security Level.
NOTES
The Security Level of the Sales Reps and Managers must be verified to establish said value. Since the folder’s Security Level is 3 and that of the Sales Rep is 2, they cannot access it. The higher the Security Level, the more limited the access.
