At Sage Sales Management, we strive to give our customers as much autonomy as possible so that they can accomplish their everyday tasks efficiently and without difficulties.
As a result, you will have complete control over your payments and invoices from the Billing section. You will be able to review the history, the date that each invoice was generated, the reference, and you also have the option to download them as a.pdf file.
Note: Only customers with Essential and Starter licenses who use Recurly to manage their billing have access to the Billing section. |
1. How to access my invoices?
After logging in to Sage Sales Management on the web:
1. Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen and choose My Profile to access the Administration window.
2. In this window, you will find the Billing section under the Settings heading:
2. What information can I see in the Billing section?
Number | Element | Description |
1 | Date | Day, month and year in which the invoice was generated. |
2 | Reference | Code to identify each transaction. |
3 | Status | Invoice status: specifies whether the payment was successful, pending, being processed, or failed. |
4 | Amount | Represents the amount charged. |
5 | Download | You can download the.pdf document of the invoice of your choice from this option. |
