Both parties agree that they may unilaterally adopt a decision, at any time and for any reason, not to continue with the automatic renewal of the Services once the Valid Term for the contracted Service has expired. The Customer shall notify this to Tritium Software by sending an e-mail to support@forcemanager.net. Similarly, the Customer may also reduce or increase the number of contracted Users by sending an e-mail to support@forcemanager.net.
