What is the post-call report?

You can now add post-call reports on Sage Sales Management.

If you have activated this feature, when you call your contacts from the application, a form automatically appears allowing you to add all the details from the call. For example, comments, activity type etc... You will also be able to add events (events and tasks) or call reminders that will be linked to the user who made the call, as well as the contact and account that received it.
