The Company Funnel displays companies in each stage in a funnel format, allowing you to track the percentage of companies that move from one stage to another until they are either won or lost.

This tool helps identify areas for improvement, detect weak points in the business (the stages where most companies are lost), and allocate efforts and resources to optimise the entire process and acquire more customers.

If none of the stages you have configured represent a company's final status (either won or lost), the Company Funnelchart will not display the relevant information. However, you can configure the final statuses directly from the chart by clicking on the settings icon located in the upper right corner. This will allow you to view the funnel information, including the representation of final company statuses.

To define a stage as "won" or "lost" in the Company Funnel, simply drag the stage you wish to set as final and place it under the corresponding label, either "won" or "lost". You can mark multiple stages as final if needed.

The Funnel as an Analysis Tool

The funnel is a valuable tool for identifying improvement areas in the company sales process. By visualising the different stages that companies go through and the conversion rates between them, you can pinpoint where companies get stuck or drop off. By focusing on these areas, users can invest time and resources to enhance the process and increase success rates.

Analyse the Funnel in Depth

From the Company Funnel, you can conduct an in-depth analysis of companies in each stage. To do this, simply click on the bar representing the relevant stage, and a new tab will open displaying a list of all companies that have passed through that stage, even if their current status is different.
