The “Traffic Light” widget compares activity from the last 7 or 30 days with the corresponding previous period of time. The time you wish to compare can be chosen from the dropdown selection.
You can select which graphs to view within the widget to analyze how sales activity in ForceManager is progressing.
Bear in mind, that all data shown will always relate to users that have been selected for the analysis.
The widget is composed of independent graphs that each analyze the different types of activity listed below, comparing activity from the last 7 or 30 days with the corresponding previous period of time.
Check-ins: Shows the amount of check-ins made in the selected time period vs. those made in previous corresponding period of time.
Manually added activity: Shows the amount of manually added activity in the selected time period vs. that of previous corresponding period of time.
Emails (sent/received): Shows the amount of emails that were exchanged (sent/received) in the selected time period vs. those from the previous corresponding period of time.

As well the above data, the graphs will tell you if your sales activity is progressing positively or negatively with a corresponding color (green, amber and red).
The points below indicate the color changes of the graphs:
Green: If more activity has been carried out in the selected period than the one before
Amber: If activity in the selected period is more than half of what had been carried out previously
Red: If less activity has been carried out in the selected period than the one before.
All graphs are customizable by clicking on the “Settings” button, which you will find in the top right of the widget.
To the left of the settings screen, you will see all the graphs you have activated. You can order them according to your preferences. To do this, drag each indicator in the order you wish to view them.
You can also select which graphs are shown in the widget. To do this, click the button “Add graph.” This brings up a list of all available graphs so you can preview and activate the ones you need.
The preview will show you how the graph is presented and includes a description of what data it analyzes.
