Use as campaign template
You can create a campaign directly from an existing template.
This speeds up campaign creation and helps maintain visual consistency across communications.
Duplicate template
The Duplicate option creates an editable copy of an existing template.
This is useful for:
Creating variations
Reusing structures
Adapting similar campaigns
Maintaining different versions
Dynamic variables and personalisation
Marketing Campaigns allows you to personalise emails automatically using dynamic variables.
These variables retrieve information directly from Sage Sales Management.
Example
You can insert variables such as:
Contact name
Company name
Sales information
During sending, the system automatically replaces each variable with the recipient’s real information.
Example:
Hello -name-
may become:
Hello Marta
How to add dynamic variables
While editing the subject line or email content:
Open the field selector
Select the desired variable
Insert the tag into the content
The system automatically manages personalisation during sending.
Best practices
To create more effective campaigns:
Keep designs simple and clear
Use optimised images
Include visible calls to action
Review mobile display
Use personalised variables in moderation
Maintain visual consistency with your brand
